Job Description
- Develop and administers various HR plan and procedures for all company personnel.
- Plan, organizes and control all activities of the department.
- Implements and annually updates compensation program. Re-write JD if necessary.
- Develop, recommends and implement personnel policies and procedures.
- Cover all HR Spectrum.
- Act as a HR practitioner.

Requirements
- Min Diploma in any field (preferably in Human Resource Management)
- Experience as HR Manager in Manufacturing company
- Good communication skills in English (Mandatory), Japanese and Chinese(Optional)
- Preferably male candidates between 30 - 45 years old

Salary
up to RM7,000
