Job Description
- To comply with the related IMS.
- To assist superior to manage the day-to-day operations/activities.
- To be responsible all matters pertaining to works and disciplines of staff/subordinates.
- To check & reconfirm with production on the capacity and efficiency of manpower & machines.
- To prepare the production schedule based on customer order.
- To ensure smooth and efficient work flow in planning activities.
- To be responsible for production and material planning & scheduling.
- To ensure timely update and maintenance of warehouse physical inventory stock including maintenance of computerize inventory system (ERP).
- To communicate with sales (forecast), purchasing (raw materials) and production (plan & delivery).
- To liaise with agent for customer requirement & delivery request.
- To support production, good delivery, product quality, WIP and finished goods control.
- To follow-up delivery to meet customer delivery request.
- To ensure the production department run smoothly without shortage of any material.
- To monitor the daily and monthly production progress.
- To cooperate with other departments for improvement/Kaizen & increase in product quality and value.
- To liaise with Sales to get finished product shipment document as scheduled.

Requirements
- Diploma & above in Statistic/Economics or equivalent.
- Male/Female, Open raced
- Min 5 year(s) working experience in managing / scheduling of production in an added advantage.

Salary
RM2,300 - RM2,800 (Basic) + RM250 (allowance) + company benefits
