Job Description
- Draft and review any agreements, contracts and any other relative legal documents in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
- Monitor & update any change or new enforcement of Malaysian laws and regulations.
- To be approachable & able to establish good communication internally & act professionally towards external parties.
- Provide legal opinion, advice, education to staff (such as conducting seminars) & response any legal request from the Management and/or staff.
- Monitor company overall compliance with laws and regulations, also responsible for any other legal related issues.
- Upon request or instruction from the management, provide above 1-5 services to sister companies and/or related companies.
- Monitor company overall risk management and department risk management activities which is controlled by the respective Department in charge (such as labor risk is controlled by Human Resource Department, foreign exchange risk is controlled by Finance & Accounting Department).
- Liaise with external local counsels and authorities when required.
- Perform any other duties & responsibility as requested by the management.

Requirements
- Possess lawyer certificate in Malaysia.
- Chinese, Male/Female candidates
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in a law firm or as an in-house lawyer with Malaysia private Company.
- Flexibility in handling works and work positively.
- Passionate about learning various Malaysia laws and able to provide training to all employees.
- Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Salary
RM10,000 - RM20,000
