Job Description
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives & communicate them to employees.
- Organize worlflow by assigning responsibilities & preparing schedules.
- Oversee & coach employees.
- Ensure the safe use of equipment & schedule regular maintenance.
- Check production output according to specifications.
- Submit reports on performance & progress.
- Identify issues in efficiency & suggest improvements.
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery & follow procedures.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines & company standards.

Requirements
- High school Diploma or equivalent and at least 3-5 year(s) of working experience as Production Supervisor from manufacturing industry.
- Organizational & leadership abilities.
- Communication & interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Able to use computer is advantage (MS Word, Excel).

Salary
RM2,000 & above (basic, depends on experience) + OT Claimable (if salary below RM3,000) + Allowance.
