Job Description
- To provide support for all IT infrastructure such as servers, networking (Firewall, Router, Switch), CCTV, mobile devices, printers and PCs.
- Installs, operates and maintains network services, switches, modems, router and other network devices.
- Manages & maintains the purchasing of all software, hardware, network and other IT supplies.
- Administration of the company's WAN and LAN.
- Maintains data storage, availability and backup daily (Ensure daily backup successful).
- Daily Control and monitor all the security access and health of all servers and networking devices.
- Plans and upgrades networks to ensure that applications support and maintain information systems in the company.
- Coordinates and oversee the installation of new computer equipment, storage systems and other computer hardware including printers.
- Credentials creation for user's email, windows login.
- Documentation of all working instruction & configuration.

Requirements
- SPM, Cert, Diploma or Degree holder in any IT related field
- Chinese Speaking, Male/Female candidates
- Required language: English, Chinese
- Min 1 year experience in IT Support/Network related field
- MS Windows OS, Hyper V, Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, PC Support, Backup and Networking (LAN/WAN/Firewall, etc..)
- Able to work under minimum supervision and work outside standard working hour if required
- Possess own transport and willing to travel if required
- Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
