Job Description
- Plan, organize and control production activities in order to achieve the set target which was planned together with the management.
- To control, evaluate and motivate subordinate staff to achieve maximum work output.
- Evaluate the efficiency and productivity of product by setting the ratio of machine to operators.
- Make a proposal for improvement to factory layout and work system.
- Control the efficiency of production process from beginning till end based on the set standards.
- Monitor the running of the existing system and procedures and make recommendation for improvement.
- To improve the discipline, spirit of work, safety and housekeeping in the shop floor level.
- Responsible for the quality of products produced.
- Responsible for departmental strategy and improvement plan and activities; monitoring and reviewing target and KPI are achieve according to plan.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder in any related field
- Open race, Male candidates
- Required language: English, Bahasa
- Min 5-8 year experience in Production related field

Salary
RM4,000 - RM4,500
