Job Description
- Primary responsible for litigation matters and providing legal advice and review, interpretation of all legal documents and not limited to drafting and vetting of legal documents.
- Act as the AMLA Compliance Officer (Bank Negara reporting).
- Manage litigation matters assigned and manage external solicitors in litigation matters.
- Assist to manage the Pre Non-Performing Loan (0-60 days) group in Asset Management.
- Promote employee’s awareness on legal and compliance via training/orientation programs as and when required.

Requirements
- Degree holder in LLB/Law related field
- Male/Female, Mandarin Speaking candidates
- Required language: English, Chinese
- Min 3-5 years of relevant experience in the legal firm, banking industry or auto finance industry (recovery).
- Well verse in Hire Purchase Act 2012; Companies Act 1965; Contract Law and Financial Service 2012 Act
- Meticulous and good analytical skills.

RM6,000 - RM7,500
