Job Description
- Support sales team and superior activities to achieve customers’ satisfaction.
- To handle delivery matter and coordinate with customers, prepare documents, arrange transporter/shipment etc.
- Attend to incoming calls, To Immediate response to customers’ enquiries or forward customers’ enquiries to senior CS personnel or their superior.
- To handle purchasing matter – issue PO to suppliers, coordinate with forwarder to make sure the cargo arrive on time.
- Monitor and to update stock data from time to time to ensure the accuracy of data.
- To assist sales personnel to issue quotation, monitor customer’s payable and on-time collection if required.
- To make entries of PO, SO Invoice, DO, GRN into the system.

Requirements
- Cert, Diploma or Degree in any related
- Chinese Speaking, Female candidates
- Min 1-2 years experience in Admin/Sales Support related
- Good negotiation skill, Ability to stay disciplined and cooperation with the team members and other colleagues

Salary
RM2,500 - RM3,500
