Job Description
- Maintenance, Repairing, Operating, Troubleshooting machines.
- Provide service & customer support during field visits or dispatches.
- Tie workflow to schedule.
- Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance & test tasks.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems & determine proper solutions.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports.
- Document processes.
- Operate machines in a safely manner and use field automation systems.
- Follow all company's field procedures and protocols.
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
- Comprehend customer requirements & make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
- Build positive relationships with customer.
- Metal Forming Machine, Metal Sheet Machine, Steel Processing Machine, Mold Processing Machine, etc.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering
- Chinese or Malay, male candidates
- 2-3 years experience in related experience
- Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply, training will provided.

Salary
RM2,000 - RM2,500 + allowances + Company benefits.
