Job Description
- Responsible for repair & maintenance of all facility and equipment related Mechanical and Electrical (both heavy & light electric) in all factory area.
- Responsible for implementing periodical check of production facility to maintain stable production.
- Responsible for implementing planning maintenance of production facility to maintain stable production.
- Responsible for implementing improvement activity to production facility to upgrading of productivity & safety.
- Responsible for implementing checking & calibration of measurement equipment of production facility.
- Responsible for implementing daily checking & periodical checking to all utility facility in factory to maintain stable operation.
- Responsible for carry out the facility maintenance by yourself or by suing sub-contractor, to fit into its schedule.
- Responsible for person who have knowledge about the requirement for installing new machine in the factory including knowledge in DOE and DOSH. Able to support for registration and application(act as a window person).
- Responsible for manage the ducting and piping work of the project of instalment, relocation, modification or removal of production facility.
- Responsible for manage the utility related work of the project of new building construction, renovation or demolition.

Requirements
- Degree in any Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering related
- Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Male/Female candidates, Open race
- Able to speak Japanese language is an advantage.
- GOOD ISO knowledgeable preferred.
- Excellent knowledge in 8d analysis
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Required skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.). For MS Excel, able use advanced formula, filtering function and sorting.
- Have skill of Auto CAD
- Ability to read and explain Mechanical or electrical schematic diagrams.
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize and manage workloads with multiple priorities.
- Advance ability to use mechanical and electrical measuring equipment (ex. micrometers, calipers, ohm meter).
- Management and arrange skill for each project
