• Inspecting equipment and conducting routine maintenance, plan for PM and maintain the critical spare inventory.
• Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, servicing and replacing old or faulty equipment.
• Removing old equipment and installing new machines.
• Monitor MTBF and MTTF for equipment, and plan for improvement activities.
• Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
• Manage cost and time constraints.
• Perform risk assessments.
• Provide control documentation and operating instructions.
• Comply with the Health, Safety, 5S and Environmental Policies, establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers.• Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.
• Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production and sharing knowledge with co-workers.
• Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.
• Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects.
• Scheduling meetings with relevant departments for problem and project update.
• Analyzing all facts of downtime and making recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure product and process quality meets specifications required.
• Oversee installation of machinery and equipment
• Organize plant start-up and shut-down schedules to ensure minimum loss of production time
• Plan and organize maintenance, respond to breakdown, report down time and possible trends
• Undertake special projects as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities
• Manage the key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, prefer Electrical/ Electronic)

Proven experience in engineering related field.

Strong leadership abilities

Able to make decisions under pressure.

Advance knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, & heating System

Advance knowledge for PLC, inverter and etc

Ability to read system schematics

Great attention to details and organization skills

Superb analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills,

Proficiency in MS office

Kaizen/ A3 (continuous improvement and problem solving) process improvement
