Nature of Business: Machinery Manufacturing
Responsibilities:
- To Assist registering new and potential customer profile for business sales reference purpose.
- To communicate with internal and external parties efficiently through sales order and payment follow up.
- Responsibility includes processing sales, coordinating, and scheduling transportation of delivery parts.
- To gather information from other departments or customers and coordinate accordingly.
- To assist sales representatives with information on machines and attachments.
- To follow up and submit quotation as per customer request based on their deadlines.
- To perform any other duties as directed from time to time by Head of Department.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma / bachelor’s degree in business administration or any field
Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel etc)
Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Japanese language will be advantage added.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willing to learn.
High degree in good work ethics, have a pleasant personality and be able to interact with anyone regardless of level with confidence.
Must possess own transport and be willing to travel when required.
Languages Required:
English, Bahasa Malaysia, Japanese (advantage added)
Salary range:
RM3,000 – 3,500 (Negotiable subject to experience)(Good company profit)
