Nature of Business:
Semiconductor Manufacturing
Responsibilities:
- To spec-in new products and improve existing products based on customer requirement to get new business and achieve pre-set new product themes.
- To analyze customers’ requirements and set targets.
- To ensure departmental budget achieved as per policy set.
- To attend business trips to gather customers/ market information, to discuss/ troubleshoot on customers' issues, promotes product line up.
- To monitor the progress of each theme (including that of subordinates) and ensure that progress is relative to set targets.
- To provide technical support of products to customers.
Requirements:
Must possess at least bachelor’s degree on in Chemistry at university/ or background in R&D related to field of chemistry or materials/ or have knowledge and experience in back-end manufacturing processes for semiconductor devices.
Have knowledge of semiconductor encapsulation materials.
Have working experience with Japanese company for more than 3 years.
Must be good in English, Malay, and Japanese. Japanese language skill is a must, at least JLPT N2 or above.
Good communication skills.
Must be able to work independently and in a team.
Languages Required:
English, Malay and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
Salary range:
RM 9,000 (Subjected to experience)
