Job Description
- Handle booking for ground service components with appointed suppliers.
- Handle customer concerns and issues including addressing complaints & claims.
- To circulate airline's airfare deals internally and to the customers.
- Provide information, greeting, sell products, explain tour package to walk-in customer.
- Support operation team.
- To report daily activities to Manager.

Requirements
- At least SPM or above
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Must able to communicate well in Japanese, Chinese & English
- Able to work on Alternate Saturday (Half-day)

Salary
RM2,000 - RM2,700
