Job Description
- Designing molds, tooling and jigs for new products, as well as carry out improvement activities for existing ones
- Provides molds design information to drafting for improvements based on performance analysis and reliability issues
- Conduct and coordinate engineering evaluation and failure analysis of mold design and actual products up to the sample submitting process
- Liaise with vendors in technical specifications, scheduling and pricing
- Assist R&D and production sides by providing technical supports

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or any related discipline
- 3-5 years working experience in manufacturing environment preferably in machinery and process improvements
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an essential
- Knowledge of Autodesk Inventor is an added advantage
- Knowledge of mold and tool & die making
- Hand-on experience in rubber/plastic mold repair and assembly will be added advantage
