Job Description
- Responsible for the full spectrum of purchasing functions and manage the day to day purchasing operation.
- Ensure all preparation and process purchasing orders and documents in accordance or comply with Company policies and procedures.
- Plan, source and develop new potentials suppliers/ vendors and conduct price negotiation with various suppliers/ vendors.
- Maintain purchasing records/ data and pricing system.
- Plan and manage inventory levels of materials or products.
- Ensuring on-time delivery of the purchased item and follow up the issue regarding quality, storage and warranty claims with supplier.

Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in any field of studies.
- Chinese candidates preferable.
- Min 3 to 5 years of related experience preferably in manufacturing industry.
- Good communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work at Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.

Salary
RM 3500 – RM 7000
