Job Description<br /- To assist Superior in administer the Company personnel policies; procedures include legal administration, Staff recruitment, and salary administration system.
- To counsel and advise on employee on welfare, career aspiration and personnel development plans.
- To prepare statistical relating to HR management planning, development, evaluation, implementation and analysis.
- To supervising, mentoring, coaching and counselling overall organization when any improvement required.

Requirements
- Degree holder in any related
- Male/Female, Open raced
- Min 5 years experience in HR related
- Japanese Speaker are encourage to apply
- Willing to work on alternative Saturday for half day.

Salary
RM3,500 - RM5,500
