Job Description
- To comply with the related IMS.
- To perform towards achieving department's KPI.
- To assist superior in organizing daily activities in the department and to attend related meetings instructed by company.
- To manage and supervise all jobs related to mould & injection moulding maintenance management.
- To monitor and guide technician on doing preventive/predictive maintenance job as planned.
- To prepare and follow-up maintenance plan.
- To analyse & improve quality problem that related to plastic injection moulding.
- To involve in APQP team for new model project if have new mould.
- To identify perishable parts in mould & ensure that the spare parts is available.
- To liaise with supplier and HQ on technical that related to plastic injection moulding.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Electrical or related Engineering field.
- New graduate/ 1-3 years experience in manufacturing and engineering environment.
- Able to liaise with all level of staff.
- Familiar with tooling management and plastic injection moulding.
- Prefer male and able to communicate in Japanese language will be advantage.

Salary
RM2,500 - RM3,500 (Basic) + RM200 - RM250 (Allowance).
