Job Description
- Pricing of spare parts, service and projects.
- Technical clarification with Germany.
- Answering and replying calls and emails from customers.
- Communication with branches regarding daily business.
- Spare parts stock supervision.
- Filing and documentation.
- SAP system maintenance for time sheet writers.
- Negotiating with customers including advising customers and spare part replacement.

Requirements
- Degree in any related
- Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Male/Female candidates, Mandarin Speaker
- Honest, trustworthy and respect for others
- Excellent communication skill and computer literacy
- Able to face difficult customer and complaints
- Positive attitude towards mastering new skill

Salary
RM2,500 - RM3,500
