Job Description
- Assisting phone sales on flight booking / reservation, hotel booking, travel insurance arrangement, visa application for necessary country.
- Sourcing of attractive airfare, formulation of corporate travel policies, constant updating of current airline airfare and conditions.
- Air ticket issuance, raise payment requisition and prepare invoice.
- Issue invoices, exercise control and monitoring of outstanding invoices.
- Hold the rotate SOS Mobile phone and laptop (24/7).
- Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction by providing ticketing services in a professional manner and behavior.

Requirements
- SPM, Cert, Diploma or Degree in any related
- Chinese Speaker, Male/Female candidates
- Minimum 2-5 years working experience in related field is required for this position
- Age: 25 to 40 years
- Must be able to speak and write English, Malay and Chinese
- Required skill: Abacus (Sabre) Ticketing System

Salary
RM2,500 - RM4,500
