Job Description
- Responsible for implementation of new designs and techniques to improve plant operations and processes.
- Responsible to start new project for products, semi-products and new equipment related in IF.
- Conduct design review, safety audit and other meeting necessary for new project.
- Manage utility related on project of new product items and process improvement.
- Responsible to realize all process/design improvement actions from NK or other sister company.
- Manage drawing, product standard and material specification related in IF.
- Research technical information related in IF from NK or other sister company also supplier and customers
- Responsible to support and manage all the necessary proceesses for customer technically.
- Conduct sample production for customer.
- Responsible to discus and trouble shoot with machine and parts supplier.
- Research root cause and improve process or parts if Abnormality happen in production line.
- Responsible for a safe and environmental responsible operation at the facility.
- To manage company certificate of ISO, IATF, customer standard compliance and any other standard certification.

Requirements
- Degree in any Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering related
- Required language: English,Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Male/Female candidates, Open race
- Able to speak Japanese language is an advantage.
- Have a knowledge of ISO, IATF.
- Have design skill (Auto CAD) of jig and parts.
- Have ability to manage and trouble shoot with supplier.
- Good communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
