- Re-designing, reviewing and implementing business process across the organization using IT and automation to scale up and improve processes to increase efficiency, quality and cost savings.
- Able to reorganize a business into cross functional teams with end to end process responsibilities which is to reduce the need for management layers, accelerates information flows, eliminates errors and reworks caused by multiple hand-offs.
- Able to review and rethink organization/ business structures and understand people issues, pertaining to process improvements and change.
- Able to conduct current state assessments, stakeholders interview, focus groups and process mapping, gathering requirements, and designing and implementing solutions.
- Conduct relevant research, data analysis and provide relevant reports.
- Able to conduct and implement Lean Process Improvement (LPI) or Kaizen.
- Able to assist in proposal development for process improvement or change.
- At least Degree in any studies
- Chinese candidates
- At least 5 years experience in Banking Operations or Project Management of process improvement projects
- Good Stakeholder management
- Good communication and presentation skills
