Job Description
- To comply & adhere the Integrated Management Procedure (ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO/TS16949), legal & other requirements, company standarts, policies & regulations.
- To assist superior in organizing daily activities & to attend related meetings instructed by company.
- To be responsible on daily production operational issues, i.e. working schedule, attendance, discipline, raw material stocks & documentation.
- To ensure that well-trained workers are allocated at the right process.
- To assist in preparing SOP as a process guidance to operators.
- To assist in contriling & achieving the production daily / weekly & monthly target.
- To assist in controlling & reducing process planning & manpower.
- Daily control & planning on 4M (Man, Machine, Material & Method).
- To control process WIP effectively by using systematic controlling system such as Kanban, Visual Management & ERP.
- To involve in any improvement project activity as instructed by superior / written in the department objective & target such as productivity, quality & cost improvement.
- To maintain high standarts of discipline, productivity, safety practices, etc.

Requirements
- SPM & above in any field.
- Male/Female, Open raced
- Min 5 year(s) working experience in electric motor industries or manufacturing environtment.

Salary
Basic salary start from RM1,700 + allowance + OT + company benefits
