Nature of Business: Fashion Retail Industry (Japanese)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the operations status of the stores and provide recommendations or solutions, including operations workflow and inventory management to improve the retail operation regularly to Manager.
- Ensure the operations system and procedures are being practices and followed.
- Carry out routines in accordance to standard operating procedure including opening & closing of the store, money handing and cashiering.
- To ensure the retail outlet consistently maintain the highest standard of store image and the optimum levels of merchandise.
- Responsible for the stores sales achievement.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Required language(s): Mandarin (Must), English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must possess own transport and able to travel if required.
- Able to work shift.
Salary range: RM 2,800 - RM 3,500 (negotiable based on experience)
Working hours:
2 shifts: 9:30am - 6:30pm / 1:30pm - 10:30pm (6 days per week)
