- Provide technical support and customer service to customers.

- Required language(s): Japanese (at least JLPT N3), Mandarin, English
- At least 3 years experience in a technical support or customer service role.
- Good phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Salary range: Depends on experience and last drawn salary
Working hours: 8:00am - 5:30pm (Mondays - Fridays)
