Nature of Business: Travel Agency/ Inbound & Outbound Tour
Responsibilities:
- To liase with overseas land operators to coordinate tour & hotel arrangements for clients.
- To negotiate with suppliers & compile attractive travel packages and products.
- To develope new products & packages creatively
- To prepare contents for tour package flyers, EDM (Electronic Digital Marketing) including setting tour fee
- To prepare Pre-tour briefing before FIT/ group tour departure (Preparation of briefing booklet and relevat travel documents)
Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma and above in any field.
At least 1-2 years experience in tourism or tour planning.
Good personality
Must proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Japanese (N1-N3)
Proactive and flexible in terms of working hours and type of task
Posses sales skill/ good communication skill
Ability to take instrucion well and thinking out of box
Resourceful personality & good time management skill
High sense of attention to details
Must be able to work in a team
Languages Required:
English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
Salary range:
RM 3,500 - 4,000
