Nature of Business: Manufacturing
Responsibilities:
- To purchase and source activities.
- To negotiate on process within the requirement of quality, service, credit terms, cost reduction to ensure quality and operation efficiency to meet company's objectives.
- To maintain proper records of purchases, quotations/sources, suppliers' information, and documentations.
- To liaise and work closely with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
- To review, control and monitor stock inventory at an acceptable stock level, to avoid zero stock and excess stock situation.
- To initiate and maintain effective and professional relationship with vendors.
- To structure vendor’s development and competitive procurement price.
Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma and above in any field.
At least 1-2 years’ experience in manufacturing industry.
Fresh graduate who interested with this position is encouraged to apply.
Must proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Japanese (N1-N2)
Possess negotiation skills, Interest to Purchasing fields, good communication.
Resourceful personality & good time management skill
Must be able to work independently and in a team

Salary range:
RM 4,500
