Nature of Business: Manufacturing
Responsibilities:
- To investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions. Ensures operations meet approved budget levels.
- To performs and/ oversee software and application development, installation, and upgrades.
- To coordinate with HQs/ other department to promoting introduction of new system and management information system to related department.
- To develop new system and enhance existing system.
- To give support to local user on Email & internet access facility.
- To obtain an accurate and comprehensive inventory of software licenses and usage.
- To troubleshoot computer system problems and determine source and advise on appropriate action.
- To monitor and maintain network stability, including Lease line/ IP-VPN
- To take care of Server, CCTV system and PABX phone system
- Other duties or project as assigned by Top Management
- To provide on-demand help desk/ technical support to all level staff of company
- To responsible to manage Microsoft server 2016
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in information technology/ Computer Science/ Software Engineering
Minimum 5 years related working experience.
Have knowledge in programming: VBA, PHP
Familiar in Database: MySQL
Able to work independently
Languages Required:
English, Bahasa Malaysia
Salary range:
RM4,700 (Good staff benefit)
