Responsibilities:

To communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
To work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
To understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services through the execution of self-service.
To communicate to Manager and director for task assigned
To demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality in to always maintaining confidentiality of customer information.

Requirements:

Possess at least Diploma and above

MUST Japanese level JLPT 1 or 2

At least 2 years of experiences as Japanese Translator (Interpreter) in any industry

Must possess own transport

Able to communicate well in English and Japanese

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Languages Required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Japanese

Salary range: RM 8,000 + RM500 Travel Allowance
