Nature of Business: Machinery Manufacturing
Responsibilities:
- To install & configure software and computer systems.
- To troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
- To walk users through steps to help them to resolve technical problems.
- To maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.
- To support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
- To establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
- To test, evaluate and install a system or application that has been assigned/ approved to be implemented.
- To participate in IT meetings to provide insight into technical or application requirements.
Requirements:
Possess at least Diploma / Degree in Computer science, engineering, or related field.
Certified engineer preferred, but not the must.
At least 1 year experience in technical support role.
Must be keen to absorb the knowledge given by superior.
Possess working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware and applications.
Willing to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion.
Good in analytical skill to study problems and records, identify solutions.
Team- oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.
Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
Able to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time.

English, Bahasa Malaysia
Salary range:
RM3,000 – 3,500 (Negotiable subject to experience) (Good company profit)
