Nature of Business: General & Wholesale Trading
Responsibilities:
- To Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
- To monitor material transport and delivery for timeliness and legality.
- To also be responsible for the inventory management by verifying, reviewing, and reconciling documents and reports about inventory.
- To complete and verify paperwork and documentation.
- To liaise with other logistics staffs and forwarding agents.
- To communicate with suppliers, retailers, and customers in order to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
- To plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
- To prepare timely and accurate reports to management
Requirements:
Possess minimum Diploma/ Degree in Business administration or relevant.
At least 2 – 3 years working experience in related field.
Must be able to speak, read & write English, Malay and Mandarin
Able to work independently and good team player.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel etc)
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Languages Required:
English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
Salary range:
RM3,500 - RM4,500 (Good in staff benefit)
