Responsibilities:
- Window to customer technical and quality matters
- Process improvement and support
- New model transfer and set up
- New model development and mass production
- New model machine/equipment/tools set up
- Process validation
- Testing activities
- Cycle time study and improvement
- Production process abnormality control & countermeasure
- Process improvement
- Process line patrol check (fault finding)
- Machine/equipment preventive maintenance
- Cost down activities
- Employee training and evaluation related to new model
- Management engineering report
Requirements:
Must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or equivalent.
At least 5-10 years of management experience in related industry
Strong in management skill & understand well process from customer inquiries, internal operation management, profit & loss planning, and reporting.
Experience in plastic injection molding industry will be an added advantage.
