Nature of Business:

Sport Equipment/ Trading

Responsibilities:

To update and monitor incoming and outgoing shipment sport products.
To liaise with 3rd party warehouse and shipping agents on incoming and export shipment.
To Co-ordinate with supplier and shipping company on incoming shipment.
To liaise with forwarding agent on the custom clearance and receiving to warehouse.
To prepare SAP GRPO once warehouse confirm the receipt.
To collaborate with sales team and arrange export shipment to distributors.
To issue SAP Pick List for export shipment follow salesmen instruction and send it to warehouse for picking and packing.
To book vessel or flight with shipping company and coordinate with warehouse for delivery.
To update Inventory Report which include In and Out shipment based on PO/SO.
To issue SAP PO/GRPO for golf/ sport items purchase.
To check shipment status with vendors and update Inventory Report.
To liaise with sales team on the order and advise stock availability.
To liaise with sales team on direct shipment to clients.
To liaise with printing company and co-ordinate with warehouse for the sending and receiving after print.
To prepare insurance claim for lost goods/damage goods in transit.
To assist in stock count and discrepancies investigation.
To support in supply demand budget preparation.
To handle other duties may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

Must possess at least Diploma/ Degree holder in any discipline.

Able to communicate well in English, Malay and Mandarin.

Possess Minimum 1-2 years working experience in related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Must be proficient in the use of desktop applications and window-based programs.

Good team player who is independent and self-motivated.

Languages Required: English, Malay, Mandarin

Salary range: RM3,000 – RM3,800 (Subject to experience) (Good company benefit)
