Manufacture of office automation equipment component
Responsibilities:
- To identify and develop a robust continuous improvement strategy in collaboration with the Management team and relevant department.
- To facilitate the implementation and creation of process improvement activity.
- To lead the process improvement projects by utilizing the process improvement tools, methodologies and techniques.
- To identify and eliminate unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working for delivery of better value and greater efficiency.
- To work with the team to recommend appropriate changes in process.
- To monitor project risk actively to identify problems and proactively identify solutions to address it in advance.
- To identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system.
- To update and maintain documentation and reports on process improvements and process performance.
- To comply with ISO 9001 & 14001.
Requirements:
Must possess Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
At least 3 years’ working experience in manufacturing and engineering environment.
Must be competent in problem solving, planning and process improvement, and Lean Product System.
Good in computer skills, presentation skills and planning skills.
Must be good spoken and written English, Malay, Mandarin and Japanese (at least JLPT N2 and above).

English, Malay, Mandarin and Japanese
Salary range:
RM4,000 – RM5,500
