Responsibilities:
- To handle for customers PO and checking stock status with factory.
- To arrange delivery /shipment to customer from local or overseas.
- To check customer requirement for delivery changes.
- To check customer demand forecast, prepare material / stock for high demand items.
- To arrange stock exchange with other customers if factory schedule does not match with customer request.
- To handle customer complaint, support for quality issue and replace goods.
- To maintain good relationships with customer.
- To issue Quotation
Requirements:
Possess at least Diploma/ Degree in any field.
Minimum 1 to 5 years of working experience.
Must good in Ms Excel (intermediate level and above)
Good interpersonal skill with a high level of initiative and drive
Pleasant and patient personality with excellent service mindset
Languages Required:
English, Malay & Mandarin
Salary range:
RM 2500 -3000
