Responsibilities:
- To manage the warehouse operation and administration matters.
- To be responsible for the overall daily warehouse operations, stock in and out flow movement as well as maintaining a proper storage and inventory system management.
- To be responsible for inventory management, inventory movement, stock counting, stock control and other related functions pertaining to inventory.
- Good understanding of import and export processes.
- To oversee the operation team for the accurate receiving, storage, retrieval, and distribution of goods to our customers on a timely basis as per scheduled.
- To lead, supervise and develop a team of competent warehouse managers and staff in executing their job functions.
- To develop property training for all workers in the department and equip the with the technical knowledge and work according to company SOP.
- To be responsible for overall warehouse 5S, tidyness, cleanliness and safety issues.
- To liaise with local and oversea clients and provide detailed reporting on a timely basis.
Requirements:
Possess a minimum Diploma/Degree in any field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse management preferably in a Supervisory/Managerial role.
Must have effective communication skills, proficiency in English and Chinese. Able to speak and write and Japanese will be advantageous.
