Responsibilities:
- To establish new leads, site visits and conduct product presentation to prospects accordingly.
- To liaise with Developer, Architect, Consultant, Main Contractor for product specifications and sales.
- To work closely, effectively, and successfully with other teammates to ensure delivery of specified and converted leads.
- To generate and identify existing and new potential leads, follow up, proposals, specifications, and influences.
- To achieve sales target required.
Requirements:
At least Diploma / Degree holder in any field of studies or Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 1 - 2 Year(s) work experience in building material sales and specifying is preferable.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good communication skills
Must be proactive, aggressive, able to work independently & result oriented.
Must possess own transport.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (will be an added advantage)

Salary range:
RM 4,000 (Subject to experience) (Car allowance, petrol card, claimable toll, mobile phone, sales commission & incentive will be provided)
