Responsibilities:
- To conduct sales activities from generating lead to sales revenue.
- To look for new lead and build up good relationships with customers to enhance customer retention.
- To organize and plan daily activities.
- To complete task & achieve target assigned by superior.
- Preferably has experience in Property / Construction industry or equivalent. For those who have experience in other industries is also encouraged to apply.
- Experience in liaising with Contractor / Main Contractor / Building Owner will be an added advantage.
- To hands-on and result oriented, ability to work under tight schedule and challenging environment.
Requirements:
Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field of studies or Business studies / Marketing.
Minimum 1 - 5 Year(s) of working experience in Sales in building material.
Experience in the Property / Construction industry will be an added advantage.
Good communication skills.
Must possess own transport.
Able to work independently, confident, mature and organized.
Willing to learn, positive attitude and passionate.
Capable of ensuring work accuracy is achieved and company regulations are fully complied with.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (will be a plus)

Salary range:
RM5,000 – RM10,000 (Come with Car Allowance + Shell Petrol Card + Toll Claimable + Mobile Phone + Sales Commission + Incentive)
