Responsibilities:
- To manage the talent acquisition process which may include recruitment, interview and hiring of qualified job applicants particularly for managerial and professional roles. Collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- To implement, maintain and review payroll processing systems to endure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
- To analyze trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Responsible for managing and monitoring the foreign worker affairs.
- To ensure the implementation of company policy and rules & regulations is in line with company’s goals and employees’ needs.
- To monitor issues raised relating to safety, health and security at place of work to the management and propose control measure to eliminate/ minimize the risk to the plant operation.
- To liaise with Canon Machinery Inc., Japan when and necessary.
Requirements:
Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in human resource management /Administration or equivalent with minimum 5 years working experience as HR & Admin management staff, preferably manufacturing environment.
Must good in English, Malay, Mandarin and Japanese. Japanese language skill is a must, at least JLPT N2 & above.
Good knowledge and understanding of Employment Act, Labour Law, and Industrial Relations Act.
Good knowledge and familiarity with OHSAS 18001 will be an added advantage.
Good communication skills
Must be able to work independently and in a team.
Languages Required:
English, Mandarin, Malay and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
Salary range:
RM 5,500.00 (Negotiable subjected to experience)
