Responsibilities:
  • To maintains and directs company daily operations in business over all departments.
  • To meet with and reports company’s daily operation, as well as about the CEO’s plans for any upcoming adjustments or developments to business operations strategy, or other company goals and objectives
  • To represents the heir apparent for the CEO and may stand in for the CEO if this senior executive is out of the office or otherwise engaged. The COO might also assist in training and guiding a CEO who is new to the organization and help this person get used to the business’s operations and strategy.
  • To helps support other senior executives and employees, including to advise on promotions
  • To develop and implements policies for daily operations, and communicates these policy changes to department supervisors
  • To ensure alignment with current company policies and goals, including those that the COO creates themselves, as well as those developed by the CEO and other executives
  • To oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met
  • To ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention
  • To ensure compliance with national and local business regulations, with appropriate action.
  • To analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement
  • To implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with CEO
  • To oversee operations, HR, and accounting, and partner with CEO in sales management so that sufficient investment capital can be budgeted for near-term growth targets
  • To manage capital investments and expenses aggressively to achieves investor targets for growth and profitability
  • To monitor performance and take corrective measures when necessary, and prepare detailed updates and forecasts
  • To build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related, MBA from top school preferred
  • At least ten (10) years of related working experience.
  • Ability to train, develop and manage large executive teams
  • Must proficient in English, Malay and Mandarin Language.
  • Languages Required:
    English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
    Salary range:
    RM18,000 – 20,000 (Negotiable)
