– Assist on office general admin and operations.
– Arrange for company events and activities as needed ie.
– Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient and resolve administrative problem.
– Maintain employee profile up-to-date leave records.
– Greet and assist visitors to the office.
– Assist on legal documentations preparing.
– Hiring and Recuiting process.
– Payroll and benefits administration.
– Records maintenance.
– Staff training and development.

Requirements
– Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
– Female, Chinese candidate
– Min 3 year(s) working experience in related field

Salary
RM4,000(Basic) + RM230(allowance)
