Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining a good relationship with clients and applicants.
  • Work closely with clients and applicants on recruitment process to understand their recruitment and requirements to meet in a timely manner.
  • Proven ability to source, recruit and recommend good talents.
  • Filtering applicants Resume and Clients Requirement.
  • Organizing and arranging interviews between applicants and clients
Requirements:
  • Fresh Graduated to 2 years working experiences in recruitment, HR or similar background
  • Prefer candidates with diploma or degree qualification but not compulsory.
  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Result-Oriented , Self-motivated and a team player.
  • Written and verbal communication in English & BM.
  • (Japanese Language and Mandarin will be added advantage)
    • Languages Required:
    English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
    Salary range:
    RM2,500 – RM5,000
