  • To maintain good relationship with clients and applicants.
  • To work closely with clients and applicants on recruitment process to understand their recruitment and requirements to meet in a timely manner.
  • To establish clients’ recruiting requirements by studying clients’ company profile & business background, required well understanding Japanese business manner & culture to support on recruitment process.
  • To source, review, filter, recruit and recommend good talents from different sources.
  • To determine and identify applicants’ eligibility by understanding job description, qualification & mandatory requirements.
  • To organize, manage & monitor the entire recruitment process through the interview session with clients and candidates until the offer stage & even beyond.
  • To provide consultation to clients in talent acquisition.
  • To provide consultation to talents to succeed in recruitment process.
  • To assist in attracting candidates & maintain the candidates’ database
  • To achieve target set by company individually and team.
  • At least possess Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Minimum 2 years working experiences in recruitment, HR or similar background.
  • Prefer candidates with diploma or degree qualification but not compulsory.
  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Have proven ability to source, recruit and recommend good talents.
  • Result-Oriental, Self-motivated and a team player.
  • Written and verbal communication in English, Mandarin, Malay & Japanese
  • Languages Required:
    English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin or Japanese
    Salary range:
    RM3,500 – RM5,000
