Nature of Business: Advertising/Digital Marketing
Responsibilities:
  • To manage team in order to achieve personal & overall sales target set by the company.
  • To lead team into conduct sales activities in cultivating solid relationship with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
  • To collaborate with team members from enquiries stage till complete service delivery.
  • To monitor team and coordinate with internal team on clients’ requirements & designs based on clients’ budget.
  • To design or adjust the design based on client’s request.
  • To identify new prospect & develop new clients by physical visit to customers’ site.
  • To conduct after sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • To monitor and maintain accuracy of records in total sales number, potential sales, and sales from existing customer.
Requirements:
  • Possess at least Degree in any field.
  • At least 5-6 years’ experience in Advertising and Digital marketing deal with SME customers.
  • Excellent in communication skill with strong command of English and Malay language both written & spoken. Able communicate in Mandarin language is an added advantage.
  • Strong in management and leadership skill.
  • Good in identify and analyze problematic situations and provide solutions to ensure continual survival and growth to the business.
  • Outgoing, result-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful.
  • Able to kick start job task assigned by company with existing experience.
  • Able to work in fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Able to work independently and strong team player.
    • Languages Required:
    English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be added advantage
    Salary range:
    RM7,000 – 8,000 (come with staff benefit + allowance)
