Job Description
– Support supply chain operation.
– Support on time documentation by daily follow up on delivery with suppliers, documents required for custom clearance, prepare inbound to warehouse, invoice and follow up on payments.
– Support in quality claims from customer and have close communication with Quality team.
– Support in maintaining accurate stock data in the system.
– Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by superior as and when required.
Requirements
– Diploma or Degree holder in Supply Chain/Business or any related field
– Mandarin Speaker, Female candidates only.
– Preferably 1-2 years experience in Automotive industry.
– Good at MS Excel.
– Able to work under pressure.
– Details oriented & able to work independently.
– Comfortable with working on routine tasks.
Salary
RM2,000 – RM2,500 + OT claimable.
