Nature of Business
– Monitor and verify exchange rate, i.e update of exchange rate, e-mailing to concerned staffs.
– Handle bank-related matter, i.e bank closing balance, cheque book application etc.
– Handle debtors/sales, i.e filing of sales invoice, sales reports etc.
– Handle creditor/purchase, i.e purchase invoice data entry and filing etc.
– Handle collection entry, its filing and prepare receipt journal report.
– Handle payments, i.e issue payments, filing etc.
– Assisting OBM’s stocks reconcilation during the stocks take.
– Handle attendance-related works, i.e data entry of attendance, report generating etc.
– Handle leave application, i.e preparation of balance leave listing etc.
– Handle motor vehicles, i.e arrangement of maintenance.
– Assist in office maintenance of software maintenance, i.e prepare office cleaning schedule etc.
– Handle other account and HR clerical work, i.e flight arrangement etc.
-Handle related admin job such as MIDA, immigation, utilities, & related government agency matters as and when necessary.
– Support sales coordinator other account or admin related matters handled by Assistant Account Manager.
– At least Diploma or above in Accounting and Finance.
– Must be able to communicate well in Japanese, English, Mandarin and Malay
– At least 1 year related experience
– Must be able to work at Shah Alam Selangor
