Nature of Business: Sales & rent Scaffolding, raw material.
Responsibilities:
  • To do processing of payment to suppliers/staff claim
  • To prepare the creditor aging (excel)
  • To prepare the petty cash journal
  • Posting of petty cash journal
  • Credit Control Preparation of Customer Aging (Excel)
  • Preparation of Reminder Letters
  • Sending of Reminder Letters to customers
  • To do computation of Late Payment Charge
  • To do posting of Late Payment Charge
  • Accounts Receivable
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years’ experience in accounts production/operation
  • ACCA / MIA certificates holder
  • Familiar with SQL, MS Office
    • Languages Required:
    Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
    Salary range:
    RM 4500 + Benefits
