Responsibilities:
  • To manage daily operation online store and marketplace across Malaysia, Singapore & Thailand
  • To handle Customer Enquiry Email, Call, Chats & Complaint
  • To handle Data Entry for the Online Store & Marketplace
  • To handle ERP System & Online Store Back-end System for the ordering
  • To liaise with store & warehouse on delivery arrangements for customer orders
  • To handle Campaign/Event Posting social media Page & YouTube
  • To handle All type of Google tools
  • To report to the superior daily job task progress
Requirements:
  • Possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Digital marketing or related.
  • At least 3 years and above in online E-commerce. Shall provide with proven ecommerce platforms handled before.
  • Must good skill in business English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office
  • Good skill in Vlookup Excel, Canva, Adobe Photoshop will be an advantage.
  • Must be able to write and speak in English, Malay, and Mandarin.

    English, Malay, Mandarin
    Salary range:
    RM4,000 (Good benefit – parking/public transportation allowance and medical benefit) (Subject to experience)
