Responsibilities:
  • To meet and exceed quarterly & annual quota that given by project manager.
  • To assist executing sales & marketing plan and opportunity pipeline.
  • To maintain and drive high level of weekly sales activity.
  • To quickly qualify opportunities and key strategic positions for each new prospect
  • To assist building and maintaining relationships at the executive, operational and IT level.
  • To develop strong knowledge of BriVge’s Products & Services and the manufacturing marketplace.
  • To set proper expectations in sales cycles that result in customers who can be used as positive references for future prospects.
  • To understand and apply sales methodologies to:
    • Create initial interest.
    • Identify, define, and document critical business needs.
  • To create a vision of the potential solutions to critical business needs.
  • Effectively justify return on investment
  • To assist qualifying, control and close opportunities.
  • To assist identifying opportunity to partner with other organizations on joint ventures, acquisitions, and potential investments.
  • To identify new opportunities through business development activities such as trade shows, conferences, etc.
  • To ensure that the company complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
Requirements:
  • Must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in any Major
  • Have experience selling in the Saas (software as a service)
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales principles and practices, including demand generation strategies and lead generation methodologies.
  • Experience in business development, consulting.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing terminology and processes such as: ERP, Engineering, BOM, Estimating, Sales Order Processing, MRP, Work Orders, Production Planning, Scheduling, Inventory Management, Purchasing, Accounting, and Supply Chain Management.
  • Proficiency in PC and Internet skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, sales force automation and web meeting tools.
  • Strong in follow-up skills
  • Capable in Implementing and following successful sales processes.
  • Ability to travel 30 – 50% visiting prospects domestically of the time and flexibility in work schedule.
  • Contacts within manufacturing marketplace that can be leveraged to build a pipeline.
  • Possess experiences in business process re-engineering at executive level.
  • Demonstrate a solid approach to the sales process with creativity and vision.
  • Ability to communicate with & present to all levels within a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with Executive Level, Operational Level, IT, or business owners.
  • Demonstrated ability to:
    • Exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives.
    • Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain effective business, sales, and marketing plans.
  • Be a Self-starter & independent thinker with the aptitude to work autonomously.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Languages Required:
    English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
    Salary range:
    RM6,000 – 7,000 Basic (Attractive allowance & staff benefit)
