Nature of Business: Machinery Manufacturing
Responsibilities:
  • To install & configure software and computer systems.
  • To troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
  • To walk users through steps to help them to resolve technical problems.
  • To maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.
  • To support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
  • To establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
  • To test, evaluate and install a system or application that has been assigned/ approved to be implemented.
  • To participate in IT meetings to provide insight into technical or application requirements.
Requirements:
  • Possess at least Diploma / Degree in Computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Certified engineer preferred, but not the must.
  • At least 1 year experience in technical support role.
  • Must be keen to absorb the knowledge given by superior.
  • Possess working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware and applications.
  • Willing to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion.
  • Good in analytical skill to study problems and records, identify solutions.
  • Team- oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
  • Able to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time.
    • Languages Required:
    English, Bahasa Malaysia
    Salary range:
    RM3,000 – 3,500 (Negotiable subject to experience) (Good company profit)
